He also figures out other ways to use it like keeping the Getsuga Tenshō energy around his blade to enhance its cutting power, or cutting into an enemy and then firing a Getsuga Tenshō from inside their body, both of which take away the ability to dodge. His Bankai allows him to control the path and shape of the blast for better versatility.
